I’m the founder of Cartisan, a mobile cheese bar created for meaningful celebrations.

After nearly two decades in the specialty cheese world, I’ve built deep expertise in artisan cheese and live events, serving hundreds of events along the way. I have discovered that people LOVE eating cheese and connecting over cheese. Every milestone in life tastes better shared with loved ones and good food around the table (Cartisan).

Cartisan was created to bring that feeling to my local community in a way that feels elevated and approachable. Instead of shared grazing tables, I designed a mobile cheese bar experience where each guest is served an individually styled charcuterie board, prepared at the bar and tailored to the moment.

Whether it’s an engagement party, shower, nonprofit fundraiser, gala, or a private celebration, my focus is always on creating space for connection through beautiful food. You’ll usually find me behind the bar sharing what I’ve learned along the way — because for me, cheese has always been about bringing people together.
